Minor Release and Indemnity Agreement for Students 15-17 years of age Please download this Minor Release and Indemnity Agreement if you are 15-17 years old and have your parents/guardian come in person to sign the waiver/release on your first class. Parents/or guardian and the minor student must initial the first page, date and sign the second page and the parents/or guardian of the minor student must bring the waiver to their first class or they will be unable to participate. Thank you and see you in class. Beginner/Intermediate Hip Hop: This Hip Hop dance class caters to beginners and those looking to come back and refine their dance moves. You will get exposed to original dance style that will build your dance repertoire with confidence. As well as build your cardio, flexibility, strength and coordination. Get ready to have a great workout as well as shake your groove thing! Beginner Hip Hop Class Breakdown: 30min: Cardio Warm up Exciting and fun cardio warm up that will get you in to the grove, along with stretching, sit-ups and some push-ups. The warm up will get your whole body toned and ready for most exciting hip hop dance combinations to come. 60min: Hip Hop Dance Combinations Every week brings a new an exciting hip hip combination. The pace is energetic and the class is pumped. The emphasis is on having fun and feeling good while dancing hard and getting a great workout. Whether first timer or weekly regular, each hip hop dance class will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment! Advanced Hip Hop/Street Jazz (currently not running): This dance class is a fusion of high energy hip hop and jazz that will challenge and advance your dance skills. You will be inspired with the most upcoming hip hop and street jazz moves, which integrate jumps, turns and foot work, exposing you to a fresh original dance style. This class is the ultimate workout: it will improve you flexibility, balance and strength. Be prepared to sweat! Advanced Hip Hop Class Breakdown: 30min: Cardio Warm up Exciting and fun cardio warm up that will get you in to the grove, along with stretching, sit-ups and some push-ups. Advanced hip hop class caters to experienced dancers and/or dance professionals. The hip hop combinations are fast paced and challenging. Katarina and DKOC Instructors have unique style of hip hop and street jazz that will broaden your dance repertoire and give you an explosive workout. Whether first timer or weekly regular, each hip hop dance class will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment!
